Why should I donate to the YMCA?

Our mission is to invest in our local young people. We believe in the power of personal development, education and community engagement. Your support is essential to realizing this vision. By joining us, you become a key part of a movement that not only transforms young lives but also has a significant impact on the community as a whole. Together we can build a better future for the youth and inspire positive developments.

On an annual level, we directly reach about 2,000 young people through our activities. Your support can be aimed at strengthening that influence in our community in the direction of greater outreach of young people, expanding the territory of action or increasing the range of activities for young people. We also offer you the opportunity to focus your support on a specific program to make an impact in a specific field of activity.

We are transparent and our work is open to the public. We publish information about our activities on our website, and our social media channels and regularly publish an Annual Report, which informs everyone interested about the positive impact the YMCA makes on the community.

How do I donate?

There are several ways to donate: with a financial transaction on our account, through an online donation platform when we are running a fundraising campaign, through a donation box in specific cases when we collect funds in this way, or through a donation in material goods or services.

We are transparent and our work is open to the public. Information about our activities is published on our website, as well as on social media. We work continuously to increase our responsibility; by publishing our regular Annual Report, we inform our stakeholders about all the different ways in which the YMCA positively impacts the community.

We directly reach many young people through our annual activities. Your support can be aimed at encouraging that impact in our community at the national level, which will highlight the impact we are making on the wider community in Macedonia. We also offer you the opportunity to focus your support on any of the programs we fulfill annually.

How can I donate as an individual?

There are several ways to donate: with a financial transaction on our account, through an online donation platform, a donation box or a donation in tangible goods at our premises.

If you would like to make an in-kind donation, the YMCA is currently accepting donations of: computers, office supplies, camping equipment, sports equipment, promotional items, and printing services.

Donate as a company

How can I donate as a company?

There are several ways to donate: as a sponsorship or as a donation and it can be done with a financial transaction on our account or with a donation in material goods for our current activities.

We provide different levels of benefits to our corporate partners and donors, and we would be happy to discuss the benefits with you further through a meeting that can be arranged at a time that suits you.
